Refund & Return Policy

At Signature Steels, your satisfaction is our priority. All of our products are covered by our 100% Quality Guarantee.

Non-personalised items

You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer law. In addition, we offer an extended 90-day money-back guarantee on non-personalised products.

Returned items must be unused and in perfect, sellable condition.

Personalised items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please carefully check all spellings, details, and finish selections before placing your order.

If a personalised item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly create and send a replacement at no additional cost.

To return a non-personalised item, please contact us with your order number and send the item back at your own cost using tracked postage. We recommend tracked delivery, as we’re unable to refund items lost in transit when non-tracked postage is used.

Once received in unused, perfect, sellable condition, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Quality issues, replacements & exchanges (within 30 days)

If you experience a quality issue or are not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or exchange in line with our Quality Guarantee.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.

Broken or Damaged Items

Our products are crafted and packaged with great care, but if your order arrives damaged or broken, please email 3 photographs of the damaged item taken from 3 different angles along with your order number to customerservice@signaturesteels.store. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

We may be able to offer a refund in certain situations, depending on the details of your order and the issue involved. If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll review your case and do our best to find a fair and satisfactory solution.

Order Cancellation Policy

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we allow cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to approve cancellation requests made after this timeframe, as production begins shortly after an order is placed.
