  • When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, after which you'll receive a tracking number. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, though times may vary depending on your location.

  • How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email as soon as your shipping label is created, letting you know your order is getting ready to ship. For the most up-to-date processing times, please check the receipt we email you after your order is placed.

  • I received a damaged parcel. What steps should I take?

Please provide us with a picture of the damaged item, and we will send a free replacement as soon as possible.

You can email your pictures along with your order number to customerservice@signaturesteels.store, or simply use the 'Send a Message' button in our live chat pop-up to send both.

  • Can I cancel my order?

As our products are personalized and made to order, we are able to accommodate cancellation requests within one hour of purchase. Unfortunately, once this timeframe has passed and production begins, we are unable to process cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.
