When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, after which you'll receive a tracking number. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days by UPS Express, though times may vary depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email as soon as your shipping label is created, letting you know your order is getting ready to ship. For the most up-to-date processing times, please check the receipt we email you after your order is placed.

I received a damaged parcel. What steps should I take?

Please provide us with a picture of the damaged item, and we will send a free replacement as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

As our products are personalized and made to order, we are able to accommodate cancellation requests within one hour of purchase. Unfortunately, once this timeframe has passed and production begins, we are unable to process cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.

Hanging your metal sign is easy—all signs come with pre-drilled holes for simple mounting using nails, screws, or wall hooks. For surfaces where drilling isn’t ideal, strong adhesive strips or magnetic hooks can also be used, depending on the weight and placement.
