When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, after which you'll receive a tracking number. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days by UPS Express, though times may vary depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email as soon as your shipping label is created, letting you know your order is getting ready to ship. For the most up-to-date processing times, please check the receipt we email you after your order is placed.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order. On top of this, we’re happy to offer an extended 90-day money-back guarantee on all non-personalised products.

Please note that personalised items can’t be returned, as they’re made especially for you.

If you’d like to return a non-personalised item:
- Send us an email with your order number to let us know
- Return the item to us at your own cost, using tracked postage

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using tracked delivery. If a return is sent using non-tracked postage and goes missing, unfortunately we’re unable to take responsibility or issue a refund.

Once we receive the item in unused, perfect, sellable condition, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method.

I received a faulty item. What should I do?

If you experience a quality issue or are not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or exchange in line with our Quality Guarantee.

I received a damaged parcel. What steps should I take?

Please provide us with 3 pictures of the damaged item taken from 3 different angles, and we will send a free replacement as soon as possible.

We may be able to offer a refund in certain situations, depending on the details of your order and the issue involved. If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll review your case and do our best to find a fair and satisfactory solution.

Can I cancel my order?

As our products are personalized and made to order, we are able to accommodate cancellation requests within one hour of purchase. Unfortunately, once this timeframe has passed and production begins, we are unable to process cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.
